What is a CPSI?
A Certified Pediatric Sleep Interventionist is a licensed pediatric provider (OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, RN, Psychologist, MH therapist, COTA, ECSE, etc) that has completed the mandatory 12 hour certification training program and successfully met the requirements outlined in the learning objectives. Each CPSI candidate also presents five patient-specific sleep plans at the end of the program prior to receiving their certification. The five pediatric case studies that CPSI candidates reference when developing these patient-specific sleep plans cover the following conditions: Autism, Genetic Condition, Pre-Term Birth, Neuromotor Disorder, and Trauma.
